Operation Note

1. Lifting points are not designed for long-term load bearing, and cannot swivel continuously for extended periods.

2. During lifting, swinging or swaying of the sling is strictly prohibited. Lifting must be performed slowly and at a constant speed.

3. If slipping occurs during lifting, stop use immediately.

4. When using the hoist ring in a chemical environment, please consult the manufacturer in advance.

5. If the hoist ring shows corrosion, cracks, abrasion, bending, deformation or other damage, continued use is forbidden.

 Installation Instruction

1. The threaded hole on the load to be lifted must be perpendicular to its mounting surface, and the thread specification shall fully match the lifting point.

2. The base of the lifting point must be fully tightened and fitted closely against the load. Any gap will cause excessive bending moment and greatly shorten the service life of the lifting point.

3. It is strictly prohibited to place gaskets or any other accessories between the lifting point and the load, and it is forbidden to modify or alter the structure of the lifting point.

4. The lifting point must be installed on a rigid metal surface such as steel or iron. Installation on soft materials such as wooden boards and concrete is strictly prohibited.

5. Select the correct lifting accessory that matches the lifting point, and ensure the force direction is correct and within specification.

6. The lifting point shall be installed at the center of gravity, or symmetrically arranged around the workpiece’s center of gravity.

7. After installation, when the lifting point is under load, it must not collide with or interfere with the suspended workpiece.

Inspection and Maintenance

1. Inspect the appearance of the lifting point before each use. If corrosion, cracks, abrasion, bending, deformation or other damage is found, strictly prohibit further use.

2. Before use, check that the swivel and pivot function smoothly. The lifting point shall achieve 360° rotation and 180° pivoting.

3. Before installation and use, confirm that the thread and threaded hole fit perfectly, and ensure the bolt is fully tightened and locked.

4. Perform regular periodic inspection of the lifting point for crack damage.

5. Keep the product clean, and ensure it is used within a proper, suitable working environment.
